dave became a coach shortly after he finished his session. he had the opportunity to become the Co-Head Coach in 2016. Dave's instructing started in February of 2016 with Strength training and moved into Kickboxing in the fall of that same year.
Dave and Denise partnered with Nick Senior to purchase FXB Bellevue in the fall of 2018.

Denise has been the FIT Coach in Bellevue for the last 3 years and became a strength training instructor in 2016. Denise says "FXB Bellevue is not only a killer workout, it's my second family." She attributes her success here to the FXB community. "It's like having hundreds of accountability partners".

Elvin began his fitness journey in 2012 after discovering FXB accidentally. He loves kickboxing class but believes lower body days is the most important day of the week. He loves bringing high energy, fun, and simple H.I.I.T workouts whenever he hits the mat. His favorite cheat meal is cheesecake.
