The Farrell's kids fitness program?
Kids are high energy, right? They’re usually running around the house and bouncing off the walls. At Farrell’s eXtreme Bodyshaping, we’re giving kids an outlet for all of that energy.
Our Kids Fitness program is a 5-day program that blends basic skills of kickboxing and strength training. We introduce students to new challenges in every session and we build the basic blocks of nutrition and a healthy lifestyle for every child in our system.
